Heddon Street Historic Building Gets Remodelled

Posted @ 5:42 am

London’s West End is offering office space in a building with a historical theme behind it. The building situated at 1 Heddon Street was converted into a cinema in the 1920’s, after having served as an art gallery for a long time. The cinema was well known for the release of Walt Disney movies in early 20th century.

The building’s tryst with fame also includes its featuring as a backdrop for the film, Blow Up, way back in 1966 as well as an appearance on the cover of a David Bowie album. Presently, the building is under the control and management of the Harvard Managed Offices and is considered to be an A-Grade office space.

According to the Harvard Managed Offices Chairman, Phillip Paris, the building has been redesigned in a way that suits all business needs and allows for the propagation of a sophisticated image for any business. It is not only situated at the heart of one of the best London business districts with all related facilities, but is also close to the best leisure facilities.

Some of the most attractive features of the building include a huge shared office space with modern decoration and a blend of art in the interiors, but also a superb business and information technology support system. Furthermore, the building also has completely managed and serviced rooms and suites along with a number of conference halls.

Besides all the in-built facilities, meant to serve the needs of all kinds of businesses, it comes with a W1 postcode and also provides a drop-in business lounge and day office letting opportunities, for anyone who requests for it. A very good site to go to for desk space to rent is deskspace genie.
