Pop star Lady Gaga has been nominated for three Brit Awards. The New York based singer is predicted by bookmakers to sweep the awards. Lady Gaga is nominated in the ‘International Female Solo Artist’ and ‘International Breakthrough Act’ categories, while The Fame is up for ‘International Album’.

The pop star also revealed that she wanted to team up with Britain’s Got Talent winner and viral video sensation, Susan Boyle.

A source close to Lady Gaga confirmed that Lady Gaga was looking for an opportunity to perform with Susan Boyle at the awards ceremony. It is thought that the story of the two teaming up would generate lots of international press coverage and that would mean that Lady Gaga.

The latest Lady Gaga Bad Romance music video has also received a mix of critical acclaim and commercial success. The music video has been labelled as “bizarre” and “weird” and features the singer dressed as an alien.

The pop star has seen great success in 2009. She had three of the biggest selling singles in 2009 with Pokerface, Just Dance and Paparazzi. Lady Gaga has now teamed up with Beyonce for a new song and is looking to collaborate with other artists in order to increase her appeal as a pop star.
